had training at hall. set up net all that.
the net seems to have some problems .
did warm up and pt. while coach set up net.
run outside hall 5 rounds . pt. shout here
shout there. no voice liao ): sad luhh !
kidding ~ LOL pt quite tough . o.o
coach bring along sembawang players.
theres 1 activity is that get into groups of 4
while our group have 5 as 1 more extra.
the sembawang senior which is taking
our group is damn rude ! hate her to the core !
she also dun move around how she expect us
to hit while running ._. she sae we make her round ,
in the end our group have to run 1 round outside
the hall ._. like wtf , she senior so ? but not from our
sch mahh ._. only noe how to show attitude then

to penisular . walk around then went to plaza sing. walk around
